Sub 13′s only foreign import, we rescued Chris from Edinburgh, where he had in turn escaped to from Belfast. Noted for his irrational hatred of Geordies he is our very own guru, and what he doesn’t know about spirits is not worth knowing. He is especially partial to whisky, and wages an unending war against Tim’s hoarding habit and Josh’s profligacy with cocktail equipment.

The apple of Tim’s eye, and the young pretender of the bar team. Josh is a bundle of energy with a penchant for climbing into small spaces (who’d have thought a man could fit inside a glasswasher?) who also indulges in a spot of acting in his spare time. Popular with the girls Josh is a sucker for a nice Aviation.
