Bartender of the Year 2008 brings nearly 10 years’ experience to
Sub 13, and has spent months developing a new menu of
exquisite cocktails for our clientele to enjoy.
Sub 13 has a rare blend of big city metropolitan style but in friendly, intimate surroundings. It attracts a varied clientele, from after-work drinkers to urban socialites, who flock to the low-lit space with its sweeping leather booths and sophisticated drinks which are served until midnight 6 days a week.
