The Porn Star Martini
A true modern classic with vanilla vodka, fresh passionfruit and of course a shot of Prosecco on the side.
Hendricks from our Gin Collection
We love Hendrick's here at Sub 13, so it was a no-brainer to out it on our Gin Collection. Here we use Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic with fresh cucumber, fresh basil and rose petals. All bringing out the delicate floral notes that make Hendrick's so popular. In fact this is the best-selling option in the Gin Collection!
Pomegranate Blush
This is a cocktail that we have been serving for nearly 14 years, right from the very first night in 2004. No wonder it is another of our most popular drinks then! And you can see why, pairing fresh pomegranate seeds with fresh mint, ginger beer, lemon and vodka. Fruity and delicious! Click here for more!
Mojito
Last but definitely not least is the Mojito. We think that our recipe is pretty special - with Havana Club Especial gold rum, fresh lime and mint, brown sugar and soda. The use of brown sugar and a gold rum makes the cocktail a lot richer than the traditional recipe using light rum and sugar syrup, but perfect for the more unpredictable British climate!
